One day free Life skill education programme for the 9th,10th,11th and 12th standard students of Government, Corporation, Municipal and aided schools covering the topics “Self Analysis”, “Goal Setting”, “Effective Communication”, “Human Relations” and “Memory skills”(Empower thyself phase I) is conducted A 92 page manual on the above topics will be distributed to the students free of cost and a certificate of participation will also be given. This is to empower the rural underprivileged youth of this nation.

Empower Thyself Phase I covering the topics, “Self Analysi, Goal Setting, Effective Communication, Human Relations, Memory Skills, Achievement motivation and Leadership” is conducted as an orientation programme in the first year and Empower Thyself phase II covering the topics, “Differing Paradigms, Effective Time Management, Effective Decision Making, Emotional Intelligence, Interview Techniques, Resume Writing, Group Discussion and Creativity.

Programme on presentation skills, Class Room handling, Emotional Intelligence, Assertiveness, Stress Management, Teaching methodology and Teaching objective etc., are conducted according to their need and willingness.

In coordination with the Adult Education Department of Gandhi Gramam Rural University brought out a CD on Personality Development covering the topics “Self Analysis, Goal Setting, Effective Communication, Human Values and Leadership.” Sponsoring prizes for Quiz programmes, food for orphanages are also provided

Publications are made on various topics “Ezhumin Vizhimin, Vallamai Kaneer, Memory Magic, Speech Magic, Family Magic, Assertiveness, Third Eye(Creativity), Chairmanship and Parilamentary Procedure, Be Better, Relax Please, Empower Thyself Phase I and II helping to empower the people at large.
